Lavamar has advanced laser technology, capable of replicating vintage denim in a sustainable way and eliminating harmful processes for workers.

We can achieve rips, prints, textures and multiple vintage looks in a conscious way and taking care of our planet.

Ozone

Generation and application of ozone for color elimination.

Using ozone technology allows us to reduce the use of water and chemicals, eliminating pumice stone and achieving different shades.

 

Nebulization

Water misting as a carrier to replace the process of applying chemicals by immersion or exhaustion.

We managed to greatly reduce water and energy.

Dyeing and washing at high speed

Dyeing and washing system designed to reduce the consumption of water and chemical products.

To achieve these objectives, it is necessary to work from the design of the garments, selection of the fabric and required visual effects, all of this, preferably framed in a development center.

Finally, use a measurement, control and certification tool that provides us with a reading of the environmental impact that the process has generated.
